ACPPA Community Art Center in Norristown, PA is looking for individuals with experience in pottery to oversee open studio hours in our kiln-equipped pottery studio on a regular basis. Volunteers in this position will oversee the children and adults who drop in for the open studio hours and assist them in handbuilding and glazing. Volunteers are needed during day and/or evening hours Monday through Saturday. Ideally volunteers would commit to a two-hour period once a week or once every other week. The position is volunteer but arrangements may be made to do low-fire pottery firing of your work.
