What does he need assistance with? I'm sure he has medical coverage and some type of disability working with the police force so is it to help his family until he is able to get back working? I hope he has a well recovery. Prayers to the family.

Yes, it is to help his family with the daily expenses of going to the city. Parking, meals, hotel rooms, etc.

Has anyone heard about Omega 3 Fatty Acids healing brain problems? Please let him know about this; research it. Here's an article- Fish oil helped save my son: http://www.cnn.com/2012/10/19/health/fish-oil-brain-injuries/index.html Here is another link and how it may save trauma patients: http://www.brain-injury-law-center.com/2011/05/13/omega-3-fatty-acids-may-heal-brain-injury/ It is well known that omega-3 fatty acids are critical for brain development and function. We also know that they increase the protection of brain cells and the growth of new brain cells, which is important after a brain injury. http://braininjuryresource.scarlettlawgroup.com/2012/08/29/omega-3-fatty-acids-help-to-heal-severe-traumatic-brain-injury/
