Council Seeking Residents to Serve on Municipal Boards and Commissions
There are still a few open spots on the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board.
Norristown Municipal Council made several appointments to municipal boards and commissions at the Jan. 3 re-organization meeting but they're still looking for interested residents to serve.
There is currently an opening on the Planning Commission and an alternate position on the Zoning Hearing Board. The Planning Commission meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month and the Zoning Hearing Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
Residents who would be interested in serving in either capacity should submit a letter of interest along with their qualifications to: Administration Dept. Municipality of Norristown, 235 E. Airy St., Norristown, PA 19401.
