There were two main groups at the scene. Around noon, there were far more Democrats than Republicans, but as the time approached Romney's scheduled arrival, the numbers had all but evened out.

This is reflected in the following passage from our report:

"Between 150 and 250 anti-Romney protesters had gathered at the Wawa and in the immediate area, appearing to substantially outnumber Romney supporters shortly after noon. More Romney supporters were arriving as the candidate's appearance drew closer."

That does not by any means make them Democrats. I am a part of our local Republican committee. There is at least half of us who will never support this Romney puppet provided by the establishment, his own people tossed him after one term, that alone should speak volumes of who he is and what he stands for. If it had been Dr. Paul who was to appear at this venue, they would have had to close down the roads in the entire 2 mile radius around this Wawa Store because thousands upon thousands of real live supporters would have been there for the good doctor....but the media would have ignored it yet again.

I appreciate your response, and it's a somewhat fair argument. Considering the amount of people, and the amount of things going on, it would have been wholly impossible to ask each person about their party affiliation, and then keep track of each person's comings and goings.

I'm sure there very well may have been Republicans there in protest of Romney, but in comparison to the other demonstrators, they didn't separate themselves in any way.

Regarding the media ignoring a hypothetical gathering of thousands in support of Ron Paul, I believe I can speak for all of my colleagues in saying that we would gladly cover it!

The good doctor was in Philly just a month ago and had a group of 3000 people who stood in the rain all afternoon to listen to him, not one peep was uttered about it. In California UCLA he had a group of upwards of 10,000 people show up to hear him. In other venues across the country he has had thousands and thousands come to hear him each and every time. Not one word of this is ever uttered on the media, at least the mainstream media. I was at his rally in VA. back in Feb. There was not one protester there, no problems of any kind, people were getting along and trading stories about the good doctor and it was one of the most pleasant events I have ever witnessed. There was literally a single file line to enter the convention center that circled the building and continued all the way around the entire block where the venue was located. The police were friendly and talkin to us because they really did not have anything better to do, the group policed itself respectfully. The fire Marshall stopped allowing people in at around 2500 people, there was that many standing outside who didn't get in. Hypothetical you say, you should really do a google search on the good doctor and see what truth is really about. These fools the media provides for you to vote for are nothing but their puppets, ALL of them

I forgot to add that although CNN did have a camera set up at the rally in VA. none of the video was ever shown on CNN. It was likely just there to monitor who was there and the content of the rally. If the feds set up their own equipment, it would look too obvious.

Even when they were ridicules ones from the left wing about whether states had the right to ban contraceptives. And a vote for Mitt Romney is not a vote for Men making the rules. It's untrue that Mrs Obama spent 10mil on vacations. The facts are that GW Bush spent 20mil just flying to his Texas ranch in his 8 years. He also took the most vacation time of any president. Kaemme, my apologies. you did not condemn only mention. But how can you mention Romney's without mentioning Obama's? He does his share of $30,000 a plate events. And it is not the common folk who are attending those! It is definitely the 1%ers! And I am sure he greets every single one of them and makes them feel "special" also. As for fundraising, again, Obama does lots of events with the wealthy and famous, but they support his tax plans and are obviously willing to share their wealth to help the country.
