Man Gets DUI After Driving into Parked Car in West Norriton
Mitesh Patel, 25, of Hatfield, reportedly admitted to taking Oxycontin and having "a couple beers."
According to The Times Herald, 25-year-old Mitesh Patel, of Hatfield, was cited on Oct. 21 by West Norriton Police for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol after he allegedly drove into a parked car.
Patel reportedly admitted to taking Oxycontin and drinking "a couple beers" before the incident.
According to police, Patel made a sharp right onto Forest Avenue from West Main Street, where he hit a Toyota. Patel reportedly failed field sobriety tests and blew a 0.08 BAC.
