The Montgomery County ReadyNotifyPA system issued an alert on Thursday about a missing teenage girl being sought by Philadelphia Police.

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, 16-year-old Angela Vega-Yohn was last seen on Tuesday, March 19. Authorities believe she may still be in the area, though she may also be traveling to Virginia. She may also be in need of medical attention.

Vega-Yohn is described as 5'1" tall, 175 lbs with brown eyes and dyed blond hair. She was last seen wearing black jeans, a burgundy shirt with orange writing on it and a black Dickies-brand jacket.
