Mitt Romney to Visit Bucks County Sunday
The Morning Call reported Thursday night that Mitt Romney is planning a visit to Shady Brook Farm in Lower Makefield on Sunday.
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will visit Bucks County just two days before Election Day, The Morning Call reported Thursday night.
Romney will hold a rally at Shady Brook Farm Sunday beginning at 5:30 p.m. Shady Brook Farm is at located 931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley. (Use Morrisville in your GPS.) Tickets for the Romney rally are free and can be obtained by clicking this link.
Reporter Colby Itkowitz of The Morning Call's Washington, D.C. bureau wrote the visit is "the strongest evidence yet of Romney making a last-second play for the state."
"Until now, Romney largely has ignored Pennsylvania and its 20 electoral college votes on the belief that the Democrat-leaning state could not be swayed. Fresh polls have shown the race tightening," Itkowitz reported.
As of Thursday night, the Real Clear Politics polling average had President Barack Obama leading Romney 49 to 44 in Pennsylvania.

If that's the case, Al, the big LOSER on Tuesday will be The U.S. Economy, Jobs, and the financial future of our children.
Government debt has grown from $10 trillion to $16 trillion during the Obama Administration. Let's end this trend NOW!
43 months of 8+% unemployment, recent downtick in September has been cut in half in October (from 7.8% up to 7.9%).
October's unemployment numbers:
The unemployment rate has RISEN by 0.1%-points since September.
• The unemployment rate for men remained stationary at 8% in October
• Rates for other groups are:
Women, 7.7%
Teenagers, 23.7%
White, 7%
Black, 14.3%
Hispanic, 10%
Asian, 4.8%*
Total 12.3 million out of work!

Unemployment 7.9% ,,, up once again after dropping to 7.8% in September ... 12.3 million out of work, up from 12.1 in Sept ... 14% unemployment among African Americans, 7% for women, 10% for Hispanics ... National debt increased from $10 trillion to $16 trillion (60% increase), and could go as high as $25 trillion with another four years of ObamaSpend ...
But yeah, let's talk instead about Mitt Romney's religion ...

0bama has given 0 reasons for Independents to vote for him, and plenty of reasons to vote against him. Republican enthusiasm is at an all-time high, whether in support of Romney or just in opposition to 0bama, they are fired up and can't wait to vote! Democrat identification and registration numbers are waaay down, their enthusiasm for their candidate is also down, you can smell the Democratic party's desperation in their sophomoric ad campaigns, which appeal to no one and insults the public at large. He cannot run on his record, his base is disappointed with him, he is being sued by the state of Arizona, he is being sued by the Catholic Church, he has been indicted for his part in the Benghazi attacks, where do you see a win coming from? Mitt Romney will be our next President. We need a true leader, not some partisan hack.

The first thing Obama will do is seal all State Department documents and live video stream recordings to his Situation Room the night of the Benghazi attack, seal them for the allowable five-year period. These can then join his employment records, college transcripts, communications with his book publisher about growing up in Kenya, ACORN White House guest list, clients while a Chicago lawyer, etc. Executive privilege! Tiz good to be the King.

Oh I did get the memo in 2008, Tim. It caused a little switch to trip in my head; to get off my ass, knock on 1000 doors, and get myself elected to the Republican Committee so I could give my all to making sure I never get such a memo again. I represent the new improved GOP.
JFK died half a year after I was born, so I don't remember him. But I remember Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, HW Bush, Clinton, and GW. Reading historians dissect their every move, reading their own memoirs and books written about them. What will historians say about Obama? What positives? I can find only one. He proved that with the right timing and some hard work, a-n-y-b-o-d-y can become U.S. President regardless of race, religion, military and business and government and life experience. Eat that, conspiracy theorists. There really isn't a Skull & Crossbones-Freemason-Knights Templar secret group beneath the Matrix pulling all the strings. He proved it's just a job. Even without qualifications you too can earn this position if you want it badly enough and can sell.
Mitt and Paul are uber qualified. I believe they'll win and perform well in the job.

Sadly, Al, too many people buy the crap they see on TV and don't think for themselves. The image of Romney that the media pushes has people scared of the alternative. Fortunately, most people saw through the crap during the debates and the poll numbers went up. Unfortunately, the media knows people have a short attention span. Fortunately, I can't see, though, where he is losing many of the swing states at all, with even PA being a dead even toss up coming down tp who is better at GOTV efforts.
Obama isn't just bad, he is the worst. I am not one of those who say he is evil or incompetent, but his policies are simply destructive.

Really Al? The Washington Post published a story this evening headlined “Democrats in deep-blue Pa. voice confidence – and some nervousness.” A better title for the piece would have been, “Democrats in Pa voice nervousness – and some confidence,” the story focuses on the Democrat outlook in Pennsylvania – particularly the Philly suburbs – using Montgo as a barometer for the state.
“Having Romney come here, does it mean we are risk?” asked Allyson Schwartz, a Democratic congresswoman seeking her fifth term.
“I’m nervous,” said Shirley Currie, a longtime local Democratic leader. “Did you hear that new Romney radio ad? It’s good.”
Commissioner Josh Shapiro: “I really don’t think this race has changed that much,” he (Shapiro) said. Citing Romney’s attempt to court moderates and independents, he said, “He has extreme positions on choice, and on gay marriage, and there is vast regional distaste for that here, including with moderate Republican women. I don’t see him catching fire in the suburbs, and if you don't catch fire here” in the four counties ringing Philadelphia, with their third of the total state vote, “you don’t win.”
Shapiro’s comments demonstrate he fundamentally doesn’t understand that this election is all about Obama’s failed economic policies versus Mitt Romney’s plan for economic growth, new jobs and renewed prosperity. We Republican leaders know Mitt Romney has caught “fire in the suburbs.” :-)

Early voting results give Mitt Romney a boost as more Republicans turn out to cast their ballot
Over eight million Americans have already voted ahead of November 6th general election
Mitt Romney has improved on 2008 Republican figures for early votes cast
President Obama appears to have matched his showing from four years ago
Team Romney is not worried as the early voter lead for Obama is far less than it was for John McCain four years ago, knowing that voter turnout on Election Day will push Romney to a win.
Obama carried Ohio in 2008 by a 250K vote. Evangelicals in Cuyahoga County alone would push Romney to a win in Ohio.

Obama up by 3.9 in PA, in Real Clear Politics polling average, with individual polls (including the conservative leaning Rasmussen), showing as much as 5 or 6 point Obama lead in PA:
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/pa/pennsylvania_romney_vs_obama-1891.html
But I have to wonder what any Romney voters are thinking. Who knows Romney better than anybody? How about the state who actually voted him in before, as Governor. So let's take a moment to look at how the only state who has any working knowledge about how Romney governs, is voting...
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/ma/massachusetts_romney_vs_obama-1804.html
The average of all polls, whether you believe some to be conservative or liberal leaning, still gives Obama a 20+ point lead. So my question is, why aren't more people paying attention to this? You can't shrug it off that it is MA and they always lean this way, because they voted Romney himself in as a Republican. The reality is that Romney can't even get close in this election in the only state that he has governed before, where the people actually know what you get if you vote for Romney. If he was the success that he pretends to be in MA, don't you think that he would be leading in MA or at the very least, have a close race going on there?
