Oh i know of plenty of people in Norristown like this, not only warrants but about $15,000 in parking tickets, fines for other reasons, drug charges that mysteriously poof and go inactive rather then getting charged, hard time, and getting the cases closed and so on but nothing is done about them...seems a bit fishy to me but i guess the cops do it for their reasons only and not the safety of GOOD citizens or innocent kids...oh well, that's Norristown for ya, no one really cares any way right?
