Readers' Choice: Best Happy Hour
Where do you go when you need to unwind and toss back a few?
After a short vacation and a bit of retooling, our Readers' Choice contest is back with new rules and a new topic. This week we're looking for our area's best Happy Hour and this time, it's personal – we actually need to find a happy hour spot of our own, so we're hoping to get some ideas.
We've heard great things about Chap's Taproom, the Beagle Tavern, Steppy's, the Peanut Gallery, the Black Horse Tavern and La Poblanita, but we want to know where you go. Where does everybody know your name?
No unreliable poll to deal with this time – just vote for your favorite by giving them a shout out in the comments below. Did we not name check your favorite spot? Just tell us below.
You have until 9 a.m. Friday to vote for your favorite. We'll add up the winners, announce them at noon and present them with a certificate congratulating them on being tops.

Chaps is best! Mon thru Fri 4-6pm discounted drinks & half price appetizers. They even have a happy hour on Saturday & Sunday 2-4pm.

Houlihans has by far the best happy hour Monday-Friday

Any of the 3 Blackhorse Taverns! Happy hours 7 days a week:) Great happy hour munchie menu that changes weekly. $1.50 domestic pint drafts. $4.00 martinis, $3.00 long island /long beaches! One of few bars that you still can smoke in. Lets not forget of their beautiful bartenders!

Another vote for Chap's. Anyone voting for anothe bar/restaurant, needs to visit Chap's once to become a beleiver. Currently seven days a week with great drink, beer and food specials. As far as beer is concerned, not only do they have the usual domestic and imports, but they have a great selection of craft beers on tap as well.My personal faves!
Yup, Chap's is a no brainer.

Chap's is where it's at! Great place to unwind after work or kick off your weekend. Speaking of the weekend, they keep the Happy Hour Specials going on Saturday & Sundays too! The draft beer selection is outstanding with 30 taps offereing a great variety of domestic and crafts. I am a huge fan of their 1/2 price draft beer & half price apps specials during Happy Hour. The IPAs they get on draft are amazing. Chap's also does a great job telling their customers what's tapped and what's on deck through email, facebook & twitter.
