Patch readers reported heavy police activity just after 1 p.m. in the area of Swede and Oak streets in Norristown on Friday afternoon. The activity was the result of a robbery investigation leading to the arrest of 24-year-old Justin Johnson, of Norristown.
According to the police, officers responded to the 1500 Block of Locust Street for a report of a robbery in progress at approximately noon on Friday.
