Kornwell Chan, of Dresher, who was arrested in Jan. 2012 for burglarizing a home and allegedly stealing only women’s underwear, has been arrested on Sunday for another incident.

According to 6ABC, Chan is charged with using a camera to look up a woman’s skirt at the King of Prussia Mall.

A loss prevention officer recognized him from a flier that was handed out a few months prior. The flier was created after an incident in September in which a man was spotted looking up a woman’s dress with a hidden camera.

Chan has been out on $100,000 bail. According to the 6ABC report, the D.A.’s office had filed  a bail revocation motion because of these new charges.

Chan is currently being held on $500,000 bail.
