Multiple sources are reported a young teen injured in a fall on the 1300 block of Powell Street is being transported by helicopter for treatment of her injuries.

According to the Breaking News Network, an unidentified 13-year-old girl suffered head trauma after a fall shortly before 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2 in the 1300 block of Powell Street. Medical personell were reportedly with her on the scene and requested medevac by PennSTAR1. Sources report the girl was bleeding from the head. The extent and seriousness of her injuries is unknown at this time.
