Hispanic Heritage Month Book List

Hispanic Heritage month began on September 15th and continues through October 15th.  September 15th is the anniversary of independence for five Latin American countries: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. Mexico achieved independence on September 16th and Chile on September 18th.

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage month I am sharing a collection of some wonderful children's literature to share with your children or your students in your class with the goal of increasing student’s interest of the Hispanic culture.
