The Norristown PAL youth wrestling team has begun practicing for the winter season. All kids 4 - 14 years old are welcome regardless of experience.

This is a successful youth sports program that has alumni wrestling on varsity high school teams in the area and has several alumni wresting at the college level. Last year one of our wrestlers qualified for the state championship tournament. Also last year, several previous Norristown PAL wrestlers qualified and placed at the PA High school state wrestling championships. 

Our practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6:15pm at Eisenhower Middle School Wrestling Room (adjacent to the basketball gym).  

Registration forms are attached ( english and spanish). Please feel free to share these with other interested people.  All are welcome and you can sign up at practice.
