As a resident of Norristown, with casual political interest, I would like to know the objectiveRead Morestor y behind the hiring of Crandall O. Jones. Was he subjected to a "political smear", or did we hire a lemon?

Mr. McCarey, you've had way too much coffee today. You are off the meter. Might I suggest you takeRead Moret wo aspirin, a full 8 oz of water and a refreshful nap.

Everything he said is true. They started taking them out in California b/c of all the healthRead Moreeffects . Also, if we want "green energy" why are we trying to tax the crap out of regular people who want to sell their solar power energy to the electric companies? Do some research. When they came and tried to install one in my home i told them "NO"! They tried to come back later and install it anyway. I had words with them and had to get my boyfriend to come out and the guy left. there have been reported incidents where the smart meters, and smart appliances "speak to each other" so your heater will automatically shut off in the middle of the night b/c it can. Please, do your own research and then think twice. Yes, we need to do something about energy, but this isn't it, or it isn't it being done properly with our best interest in mind!

Based on what was said, shouldn't I be calling my representative and senator to tell them toRead Moreinstitu te more science-based speed limits? Radar is for enforcement of laws, and enforcement of a good law is good. If the laws themselves are bad, they should be adjusted or removed.

Only state police have the authority to use radar. Local police departments use speed/timing traps.

I'd like to know where the tax money appropriated by Norristown for infrastructure development,Read Morei.e. streets and roads, is being spent. Driving in Norristown is hazardous to drivers and pedestrians as many streets contain ruts and rocks that are reminiscent of 2nd world countries..

I live near Rahill's, do not know why they were there. There was recent reports of gun fire onRead MoreNoble but they didn't state what block. What goes on around the bar has become problematic. More drug dealings, prostitution, loud voices/arguments , shooting in the bar. The patrons have changed from people in the neighborhood to strangers who walk or drive to it.
