Stop the eat-repent-repeat cycle. Learn to eat what you enjoy and enjoy what you eat. In addition, you will learn how to take charge of your eating habits without dieting. This is a two-part program with additional phone coaching available. Sessions will be conducted by Alice Lodge, exercise physiologist and certified wellness coach.
