A New Nutrition Program at Montco SAAC

November 7 (10:15 a.m.) will be the next installment of a new nutrition program that has started at Montco SAAC, Norristown. This enjoyable seminar includes a variety of stay healthy tips about shopping, cooking, exercise and taste testing. The classes, developed by Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, and team taught by several nutritionists and other experts, are fast paced, fun, and cover a broad variety of topics.

The upcoming program is Shop and Get the Best for Less, a lesson in food resource management.  This topic is increasingly important as the rising cost of food impacts us all.
