My 3 year old male blue nosed Pitt Bull ran off from Haws Ave, Sunday Dec. 1 around 11:30 am.  He is super friendly and wouldn't hurt anyone, I am more worried that someone will hurt him.  He is truly like a family member, growing up with my children.  If you see him or notice someone who didn't have a dog all of a sudden has a new dog, question them.  Please contact desperately missing my Blue at 484-332-5181

I will keep an eye out for your baby.. What is his name?
Heather Lewis December 04, 2013 at 11:39 AM
Thank you, His name is Blue, he is super friendly. My fear is that he is in someone's home or got shipped out of town.

Hi, Heather Lewis - I can run a short article about your dog, if you think it would help. May we use the photo and give credit to you (or whoever should have the credit)?

That would be awesome Nicole. Thank you, any help getting my dog back would be greatly appreciated. the photo is a personal photo, so credit to me if you need to, but that doesn't matter to me.

Hi, Heather Lewis - here is the article: <http://norristown.patch.com/groups/around-town/p/blue-nose-pitt-bull-missing-after-running-off-on-sunday>. I hope that you find him soon! Also, I was going to tell you about this Facebook page for Montgomery county's lost pets but I see that someone saw a Craigslist posting about your dog and posted it to their Facebook wall. <https://www.facebook.com/BringlostMontgomeryCountyPapetshome>

Hope that Blue has returned. Posted notice to FB in local community of Norristown.

Sorry to say that Blue has not been returned as of yet. As i get to know the staff more at the Montgomery County SPCA i learned that Norristown is notorious for dog fighting. Im still hoping and praying he will return, but am fearful for his safety.

Hi, Heather - Norristown police said that there was a dog found yesterday and it was taken to the Conshohocken SPCA. I don't know what kind of dog it is, but it can't hurt for you to check! My fingers are crossed.
