Dragon Boat Club Hosts Jump Rope Jamboree Oct. 13
The Dragon Boat Club of Norristown invites kids to come to Riverfront Park to jump rope, including double dutch, and just have fun being in a park.
The Dragon Boat Club of Norristown will host their first Jump Rope Jamboree
On Sunday, Oct. 13 at Riverfront Park in Norristown, where kids can have fun in the fresh air doing jump rope, even double dutch, and playing in the park, according to the club.
The Dragon Boat Club wants kids 6 to 14 to come outside and play and remember what it is like to be in a park. The event will run from 1 to 3 p.m. There may also be a fun jump-rope competition element. If all goes well, the Jump Rope Jamboree could be held about once a month on Sundays.
