Flood Warning Issued for Schuylkill in Norristown

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Schuylkill River in Norristown.
The river floods at 13.0 feet, the NWS said, and was at 12.3 feet at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Rain is expected to continue through Thursday.
"Take roadways that are the least prone to poor drainage flooding," the NWS says. "Expect an arduous commute home."
