It's Anasazi the Jaguar's Birthday!
And no, he did not get a birthday pass out of the zoo.
Just days after the internet was buzzing with rumors of his daring escape from the , Anasazi the Jaguar is celebrating his birthday. According to his Facebook page, Anasazi turns 19 today.
Anasazi was the talk of the town this weekend, as area residents flooded the zoo and local police with calls asking about the jaguar's whereabouts. Apparently a rumor that sometime Friday. The rumor was put to rest on Saturday when the zoo and the confirmed that he was not on the prowl.
Stop by the Elmwood Park Zoo and see for yourself and while you're there, wish him a happy birthday.
