Montco SAAC hosts a Luncheon to Honor Family Caregivers
Adult Day Service staff and members honor family caregivers for National Family Caregivers Week.
Montco SAAC Adult Day Services hosted a special luncheon to honor family caregivers of its members last week. The number of families caring for older relatives is on the increase and more attention and appreciation is due to these special people.
The Adult Day Service program is designed for adults who can no longer stay alone due to health issues. They can come to the center for recreation and socialization leaving caregivers free to work or perform other tasks.
