Norristown Police Now Issuing 2014 Residential Parking Permits

There is no cost for the permits.

The Norristown Police Department is issuing 2014 residential zone parking permits, which need to be renewed each year, according to police department press release.

The permits are available at the police department Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on the following Mondays and Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

December: 16; 20; 23; 27; 30.

Applicants must present a driver’s license and valid registration card to receive a zone permit.

For further information, call the police records division at 610-270-0469 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Further information can also be found on the municipal website, norristown.org, where residents can also download an application, which has details. There is no charge for the permits.
