Norristown's Halloween Parade Happens This Saturday!

Get your costumes on and join the rest of Norristown at Elmwood Park for a little Halloween spirit.

The Norristown Recreation Committee is holding Norristown's annual Halloween Parade this Saturday, Oct. 27 on Harding Boulevard along Elmwood Park.

Kids and their families are invited to don their costumes and meet at the Norristown Bocce Courts at 12:30 p.m. The parade will start at 1 p.m. A panel of judges will be on hand to award prizes to the best costumes. Judging will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. Age groups for the costume contest are 2 to 5, 6 to 8, 9 to 12, and 13 and up. There will be prizes for the top three in each group.

There is no registration or entry fee required and all participants will be treated to a free hot dog, a drink and a candy bar. Sponsors include:
