Sterigere and Johnson Highway Reopened
Both roads are now accessible to through traffic.
According to the Municipality of Norristown, both Sterigere Street and East Johnson Highway have been reopened now that roadwork has been completed.
The municipality warns, however, that Sterigere Street is reportedly experiencing an issue with a distinct drop off when crossing the railroad tracks between Stanbridge Street and Harding Boulevard where repairs to the crossing were made. Drivers are urged to use caution in this area, particularly when operating larger emergency vehicles.
