Delays of up to 40 minutes are being reported on various SEPTA regional rail lines.
Delays have been reported on the Airport, Chestnut Hill East, Fox Chase, Lansdale-Doylestown, Manayunk-Norristown, Media-Elwyn, Paoli-Thorndale, Warminster, West Trenton and Wilmington-Newark lines, according to SEPTA's Twitter account.
SEPTA also urged passengers to be cautious, saying platforms and train cars may be slippery due to ice and snow.
