Norristown Film Company Nominated for Award
Cinevore Studios, a Norristown-based film company, has been nominated as Viral Project of the Year for the 2013 Philadelphia Geek Awards
NORRISTOWN – July 9th , 2013 – Cinevore Studios, a Norristown-based film company, has been nominated as Viral Project of the Year for the 2013 Philadelphia Geek Awards, sponsored by Geekadelphia.
The story of the film is simple: a man wakes up one day with a dilemma straight out of a video game: he has three options in how he wants to respond to any question posed of him. The choices offered, however, are less than ideal, and things go downhill quickly.
The comedy was created for The Continuum on Stage 5 TV, an entertainment network dedicated to emerging trends in gaming and geek culture.
Reading-based actor Robb Stech plays the lead in Dialogue Tree, and Elizabeth Panos, of Drexel Hill, plays his girlfriend. Cinevore Studios also called in Get-Kinetic Productions, who brought a tech-savvy crew and a grip truck full of goodies, and friends at Idryonis Studios, who edited and scored the film, as well as created the titular dialogue tree itself.

Officer Chris Narkin, of the Norristown PD, also has a small role in the film.
“The Norristown PD was very accommodating, considering we were in their hair for a good portion of the day. They said they were just happy to see smiling faces for a change,” says director Matt Conant.
