Teamo Supremo Promotions and Rotation Records are hosting their first annual Norristown Day at Elmwood Park in Norristown on Sept. 14, featuring free musical performances, a dance competition, a moon bounce, karaoke and more.
“We wanted to give back to [the] community and bring everyone together for a fun positive day filled with free activities and music,” wrote Tom Jensen, co-owner of Rotation Records, in a message to Patch.com. “This is our way as a small local business to share our resources with the community and help support our youth by providing a day of activities and fun.”
The day will feature performers Lanice London, Rich Quick, Ekko and Skyline. Kids can play flag football and kick ball, and do arts and crafts.
The children’s activities will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The dance competition has a $10 entry fee and will run from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Performances for adults will run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
