New Businesses Opening in Hillcrest Plaza in East Norriton
The shopping center is bookended with a new Dunkin' Donuts on one end and a new bar coming at the other.
East Norriton residents are getting a few new shops in the Hillcrest Plaza Shopping Center.
A new Dunkin' Donuts just opened at one end of the shopping center and it's having a big grand opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 12. Stop by from noon to 1 p.m. for free coffee and giveways and prizes including gift cards to Target, Walmart, Dunkin' Donuts and local mobie theaters and even a Kindle Fire HD. The first 300 customers from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. get free mugs. There will also be face painting, balloons and a petting zoo for the kids.
At the other end of the shopping center, in the space formerly occupied by the Blue Sky Cafe & Bar, word is the popular Conshohocken bar and restaurant, Guppy's Good Times. is setting up shop. According to morethanthecurve.com, owner Robin Gupta hopes to be up and running by March 1. The eatery specializes in healthy bar food, including artisan breads and free-range meats.
