Community Update

I hate to give someone a horrible review, but the service i experienced 10 minutes ago is unacceptable. I came in earlier in the week and a young girl told me they deliver, so i went on the website picked my order and selected the option for delivery. I get a confirmation stating that my order has been sent. An hour later i have not received a phone call or a knock that my food is here/on the way. I called Divas, and i get "greeted" by an unprofessional person. I inquired about my order, and the woman on
the other end explained that they only deliver "sometimes" and its to businesses, which was not explained earlier in the week, and also made an excuse about her online orders not working. when i started to tell her that was unacceptable that i had been given incorrect info she hung up on me!

To be perfectly honest, there food is okay. Its a substitute when you don't feel like cooking soul food at home. Its not a place to sit with family it more of a take out location. the only reason i decided to go there was because of the delivery option.

I can deal with food being OK if the service is spectacular. I will not go back to that place, just on service alone. Its sad, because I like to support local BLACK businesses.


So... in closing if you are looking for good soul food/ BBQ in NORRISTOWN just go to ZACHARY's.....
