On Thursday October 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM nationally
syndicated food writer and Fish Market (Running Press, 2013) author Kathy Hunt will be
teaching a hands-on seafood cooking class at Sur la Table in the King of
Prussia Mall. A resident of Collegeville and NYC, Hunt's recipes and food
articles have appeared in such publications as The Chicago Tribune, Los
Angeles Times and VegNews. Among the four dishes to be featured in class that night are
