Healing Exercise

Experience relaxation and ease of movement with this gentle Chinese Healing Exercise Program. A refreshing combination of Tai Chi and Chi Gong with calming music and a focus on breathing. 

Benefits of daily practice include increased vitality, enhanced concentration, improved digestion, balance, circulation and flexibility and reduced pain and tension!

Movements can be practiced standing and sitting in a chair. All levels of fitness are welcome.
