Norristown Public Library Youth Services, Neighbor

Read books, get free books! Pick up a reading log and start reading! For every 2 hours a child reads or is read to, he/she gets a free book, plus a chance to win a bicycle or $50 Barnes and Noble gift card. For ages 0-12.
