Photo Spread: What Did Your Pets Wear for Halloween?

Our call-out to readers asking you to post photos of your pets in Halloween costumes on Patch.com has now passed, and now it is time to share what Chunk, Maggie, Nacho Cristobal and the rest of the collection of festive pets wore to ring in the holiday!

Feel free to click through photos of the costumed critters. Look out for dogs pretending to be dinosaurs and Grocho Marx, a kitty angel and more.

To round out the participating species, we added a few ‘best of the web’ costumed critters who are not often found in costume. Making an appearance are a birthday candle tortoise, a tuxedoed cockatoo and a guinea pig in a golf costume with a tiny golf bag (he’s serious, folks). 

As for picking a best costumed pet? Everyone is a winner.
