In an attempt to keep things equal across the board, the Norristown police should have to follow the same rules of the road unless they are on police business.
Are the Norristown Police somehow above the law? I was ticketed for parking in this same spot but I was just barely touching the crosswalk. This police car was parked here for nearly 40 minutes. When he returned to his car he did not appear to be on a call. It looked nothing more than personal business being conducted. I just think the law should apply to everyone, not just civilians.
