This was recently stated by a Realtor who had called a Seller with an expired listing. After providing the Seller with information about himself, she stated that she already had a Realtor ready to list the house. When asked who that Realtor would be, she gave him my name and his reply…Oh She Will Sell It.
What a fantastic compliment! The Real Estate Business can be a nasty place to play and work but when another Realtor makes such a statement, I can’t help but to smile! It’s wonderful to be respected by the Buyers and Sellers but when that respect for you extends from other Realtors, it’s priceless!
