If you got a little carried away at the farmer's market and find yourself facing a countertop full kale with no clue how to get rid of it all, we've got a great idea for you. Just check out this video above for a kid-friendly, healthy recipe everyone will devour, and see below for a great recipe for kale chips that you can pair with a variety of entrees.

Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale

olive oil

sea salt

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 350 °F. 
  • Break kale into bite-size pieces; rinse and dry. 
  • Place on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. 
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top. 
  • Place in oven for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
