The Pennsylvania-Delaware Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (PA-DE ASLA) is planning a Community Greening day in April as part of their Landscape Architecture month activities. The vacant lot selected for transformation is located at the corner of DeKalb and Main Sts. in the arts and culture district, Norristown Arts Hill. PA-DE ASLA  is asking for the community’s thoughts on elements that should be included in the design.  A brief description of the project, its purpose and a design charrette (quick sketches) will be held from 7 – 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 in the Centre Theater, 208 DeKalb St. Please attend. Your ideas are important to this effort!
