Evelyn (Kulp) Bucher, 93, was born on Oct. 30, 1920, in Kulpsville, PA and died on Dec. 8 at ManorCare Health Services in Pottstown. She formerly worked at the Montgomery County Orphan's Court in Norristown and her volunteer music work at the Norristown State Hospital won her a Chapel of Four Champlains Award.
