Patricia L. Barney, 62, was born in Norristown and died in her Phoenixville, Pa. home on Dec. 21. She graduated from Collegeville-Trappe High School in 1969 and worked for a long time as a hairstylist in Lansdale and Skippack. An enthusiastic Philadelphia Eagles fan, she had also been a PIAA basketball referee.
