Paul Grant, 82, was born in Norristown and died without suffering on Oct. 23 at Keystone House in Wyndmoor, PA after being diagnosed with cancer. One of his achievements was to have managed the construction of Interstate 476, for Glasgow Inc. He loved food, fly-fishing and his dogs.
