Is any one else shocked by the Times Herald's new policy? You can no longer get home delivery with out paying an extra $8 to have " all access". This includes the internet, Ipad,computer etc.I just want the paper delivered to my home. I do not want all the extras. After 29 years of delivery I will be canceling my subscription.
