Area Fire Departments Tackle Dumpster Fire at Home Depot

Jefferson and Lower Providence Fire companies made quick work of a Dumpster fire at the Audubon Home Depot on Tuesday.

Jefferson and Lower Providence fire companies were dispatched to the Home Depot at 600 South Trooper Road shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21 for a report of a Dumpster fire at the rear of the store.

The blaze was brought under control quickly and no one was reported injured in the incident. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
