Car Crashes Into Pole on East Airy

A car crashed into a utility pole this afternoon at East Airy Street and Tremont Ave. No injuries reported.

Norristown Police responded to the 700 block of East Airy Street at approximately 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of an auto accident.

On the scene officers discovered a car had hit a utility pole and suffered significant front-end damage. No ijuries were reported in the incident.

Presumably, yes. But I don't have any info about him or her. Only that an ambulance wasn't dispatched to the scene.

^ another criminal defending his criminal friends^ James you do a great job and if the police give you names then its your rite and duty as a reporter to post those names to inform the community of there actions...and before someone talks trash on me even my name was posted in a story on patch 2 yrs ago for a warrant I was picked up on in norristown.....if you get arrested or in trouble whether guilty or not the community has the rite to know.

The person standing next to police officer was the driver of car and he was up and talking to officer about accident.
