Dale Mabry Sworn In as West Norriton's Newest Police Chief

Mabry, a 34-year veteran of the department, was sworn in in a ceremony on Tuesday evening.

According to The Times Herald, former West Norriton Deputy Chief of Police Dale Mabry was officially sworn in during a ceremony before the West Norriton Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday evening. Mabry replaced former .

"I just want to thank everyone in this room," Mabry told the crowd, according to the Herald. "I want to thank the commissioners for their support... I can’t tell you how proud I am of these men and women in this police department. I’d like to thank you all and I really appreciate the support."

Mabry reportedly started as a patrolman with the West Norriton Police Department in 1979.
