Written by Mischa Arnosky

Two people robbed a man at his real estate business in the 1300 block of East Ridge Pike Thursday morning.

According to Plymouth Township Police, two people entered the business shortly before 9 a.m. after they were “buzzed in” under the guise of seeking a home to rent. When the victim said that there were no available rental units, the first suspect, a black man, about 5-foot-11, with a heavy build, wearing a white T-shirt and light colored pants, pointed a dark colored handgun at the victim.

The second suspect, whose sex is unknown, but was wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, and a “Middle Eastern-style” or “Dashiki style” top with vertical stripes, tied the victim to his desk chair, while the first suspect reached into the victim’s pockets and took out all of his money.

Of note, the first suspect made no effort to cover his face, and it was exposed during the entire robbery.
