A "somewhat intoxicated" man was beaten and robbed at the intersection of Dekalb and Marshall streets during the afternoon of July 12.

According to the report, police were flagged-down by the victim at East Marshall and Maris streets shortly after 3 p.m. The victim was bleeding from a small cut on the right side of his forehead, and he appeared to be "somewhat intoxicated," police said.
