July 21

On July 21 at about 2am Norristown police responded to a disturbance at LaRoma’s Pizza Shop at 105 East Marshall St. , where they allegedly found Wayne Martin trying to enter the shop after it had closed.

According to police Martin was intoxicated and urinated on himself, had difficulty speaking and stumbled when walking.  Before police arrived, he had allegedly been banging on an apartment door of a building where he did not live and had no obvious reason to be at.

Because Martin’s behavior was judged to be a nuisance to neighbors, and because of the early morning hour, police took him into custody to wait until his sobriety.  Police cited and released him.
