Leaked Nude Photos Lead to Street Fight, Police Say

A fist fight between two females near the intersection of Harding Boulevard and Sterigere Street was caused by the victim sending nude photos of the attacker to their friends, according to police.

On July 4 at 9:57 p.m., an officer on bike patrol observed two females – later determined to be juveniles – fighting in Latchshaw Field near the intersection of Harding and Sterigere. Both females were surrounded by several other juveniles, police said.

The officer entered the fight and separated the two females, then detained the two before notifying their parents, police said.  While in custody, the victim told police that she had been jumped, but the alleged attacker told police a different story.

According to the police report, the attacker stated that she was attending a sleep-over with the victim, and when the attacker came out of the shower and accidentally dropped her towel, the victim took a photo of her in the nude. The victim then sent the photo to several others, which lead to the fight, according to the report.

Both the attacker and the victim were turned over to their parents, after being cited for disorderly conduct.
