There was a supposed shooting in the early morning hours on Wednesday, where a victim inside of a home on the 200 block of Pearl Street is said to have been shot in the arm, according to The Times Herald.
There are two suspects, and one is said to be a Hispanic man, about 5’7,” in dark pants and a grey sweatshirt that zips up.
